We removed the old siding and exterior sheeting, replaced the insulation in the exterior walls, and installed new sheeting. We added Tyvek weatherproofing wrap and new Hardie plank siding with a 7-inch reveal. We took off the 3-tab asphalt roofing and put on 40-year architectural shingles. Additionally, we replaced all the windows and gave the home a fresh makeover with new paint and trim. Our customers are extremely satisfied, so we are now gutting the interior down to the studs and renovating 1,600 square feet of their home.
